Hilton Cincinnati is a great high-quality hotel conveniently located near CVG Airport. I often park here for short trips—the 24-hour free shuttle to the airport is super reliable and easy to use. The long-term parking is also a great deal, with a safe, well-lit lot and a daily rate of just $5.95. Perfect spot to leave your vehicle and travel with peace of mind.
Great customer service. Driver (Mitch) was very nice and friendly; also pointed out the good food and places around the hotel. Front desk staff was quick and attentive. Room and lobby is clean and smells good.
Not a serious problem, but The bathroom door seemed awkward. It opened into the curved out shower curtain rod which made it slightly hard to use the toilet with the door open. The free shuttle which ran on the half hour was convenient to get to and from the airport and my conference a 1/4 mile away. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was satisfactory
Overall everything I’d expect from an airport hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. Quick and courteous check-in, a fine place to sleep for a night. Rooms are a bit dated, small bathrooms, but otherwise no problems during my stay.
The property was in a good location and large. The staff through out our stay was helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate and had some beverages in the bar area. The food was very solid. I would stay at this hotel again.
Honestly, a great hotel. Rooms/beds/pillows were A+ for comfort. Great fitness center setup, in the higher tier as far as these go. Good pool. I was a bit annoyed that they wanted me to pay for parking. It’s Ana airport hotel, not in a city, that makes no sense to me. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food looked good. Not as overpriced as some hotels with full service restaurants.
Rooms are spacious with a refrigerator, but no microwave. Comfortable bed & pillows (not stiff). Their breakfast starts at 6:15 AM. I think they should start early, as people need to catch early flights. Full-service restaurant and bar on site. Good hospitality & service by the staff. I was confused about the breakfast options- continental & full breakfast. The lady (manager?) quickly helped me with it. Us Gold (& Diamond) members get a free full breakfast. Lavish lobby.
